What leaves your Mac
ServeMon makes exactly two kinds of network call to the outside: license validation to Polar (your license key, an activation id, and your Mac's name so the portal list is readable), at most once a day; and update checks to GitHub, which fetch the appcast. There is no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no account.
The health probes are network calls too, but they go to the services on this Mac: one connection and one protocol message to each listed service's port on 127.0.0.1 (or the address it binds), every few seconds. They never leave the machine and each one can be turned off in Settings › Probes.
This website
getservemon.com runs no analytics and sets no cookies. Downloads are served by GitHub; purchases are handled by Polar, whose privacy policy covers checkout.
What stays on your Mac
Your preferences (~/Library/Preferences/com.suresk.servemon.plist), the small script Open Client writes (~/Library/Application Support/ServeMon), and your license key and trial start (Keychain). To do its job ServeMon reads the process list, the launchd plists Homebrew installs, Homebrew's opt directory, the container runtime's socket, and container environment variables for connection details. Passwords it finds are masked on screen and are never written anywhere. It never writes to a service's data directory or configuration.

Polar is the merchant of record. We see your email and license key; we do not see card details.
